Logo Needed Urgent!

I am looking for a new logo for my business Clothing Chain.

I am wanting something to carry forward to use for branding.

So quotes needed, examples of work and any ideas would be lovely

I need this done for next tuesday ideally at the latest

Thanks
Gemma

I would like to thank the people who have gotten in touch with me over a logo, its much appreciated and know now roughly how much I'm looking at to get this done.

I will take some time to look through portfolios and hopefully take the plunge lol.

Again many thanks to the people who have responded.

Hi guys,

Can you please share the costs for a logo with me as well :)

And what comes with the logo package (I mean a main logo, b&w logo, etc)

Tomkin

This varies. Some charge £20 then others can go into the £1000's. The best thing you can do is look at the designers portfolio's, read the testimonials and get them to give you a price.

As for a logo package. Personally I would send at least the following: ai, eps, pdf, psd, jpeg, gif and tiff in both SPOT colour, CMYK colour and black & white.

If the designer cannot provide you with a vector (ai, eps, pdf) then you shouldn't go near them.

Hi guys,

I'm also looking at my rebranding. I have a quote for a logo design of £200, stationary £100, and then a further £70 for handover of image file formats.

Is this reasonable?

The £70 charge for handover isn't something I've seen very much, but others may advise you better on that.

Depending on the expertise and reputation of the designer, it could be a good deal. There are designers on here who may do it cheaper however.

I have never charged for handing over files. I see so reason why you should charge extra for files that should be supplied in the first place.

Sent you a PM.

I've not seen a handover charge before from designers, unless a client wanted complete ownership of copyright and all files making up the artwork... not just the final file or printed item.
