Logo & Banner Designer Required

We require a freelance Graphic designer who has expireance in creating quality logos and banners for online stores.

I will require to see your portfolio and the top three people will be asked to create a sample banner for showcase purposes so I can make a final decision.

Please send me a PM if you are interested with your prices and a link to a sample of your work. I will then contact everyone for further details.

This is a freelance position but the person chosen muct be willing to provide a long term commitment as we dont want to be changing designers on a regular basis.

Yes but they will not be used in any way buy ourselves and if they already have a portfolio with a selection of logos and logo banners then there may not be any need to design one to showcase their work.

I do not wish to bid on this job.

But I will state to any of my colleagues that are thinking of doing so. Do NOT do spec work. Allow your portfolio to sell your work. If the client wants to pay for your time to design a banner, that is different, but without the correct allocation of research and discovery that any project requires, this client will be assessing the candidates on the basis of who can make the 'prettiest' banner or logo. Not the best or most effective for the project.

Do yourself and fellow designers a favour and refrain from doing spec work.

What's the need if you've already seen the portfolios? Or will you pay for the sample banners, too?
