Hi all, I'm looking into starting a smartphone repair biz from home and I will be getting a website online which I'm hoping will be the main source of my biz but I was looking for advice on how I could make getting the customers phone to me to be repaired and then delivered back securely and safely without costing a fortune.

Hi – my name is Siobhan from My Parcel Delivery,

You actually have lots of options of courier companies which offer different levels of service. This means that you can allow your customer to choose whether to pay more and have it delivered the next day, or whether they want to wait and have a cheaper service.

Why not use our price comparison parcel delivery site to see your options? You can try out a few different couriers to see the one that you prefer. Plus if you send 10 or more parcels a week we can offer bigger discounts by joining our regular senders programme.

Take a look at our website and let us know if you need any help.

Thanks

Royal mail recorded post, or it may be everso slightly cheaper with hermes (the latter also making pickups, so the user just needs to wrap it up securely and pop on a label which you can email them)

Why make it any more difficult?

Main problem with RM is that the tracking is done by default and relatively in-effective in that they will not intervene until 28 days has elapsed
