Local SEO

Hi guys brand new to the forum looks pretty good.
I have a question about local SEO.
I'm building a site for a kitchen company but I dont know which keywords to go with. If I type in Mytown bespoke kitchens or Mytown handmade kitchens the Google keyword tool always comes up with no search volume. So how can I tell which would be best.
I hope I 've explained that properly I'm new in the game.
Thanks Dave

So the contest is between the inclusion of "bespoke" and the inclusion of "handmade"? To get a rough idea, you could substitute a bigger town like "london", so that at least some searches are displayed. When I search, "bespoke" wins.

But the point is: not many people are searching for handmade kitchens in your town.

I will try the bigger town and see what results I can get thanks Paulus :D
Hi Mckeller thanks for the reply. The more specific you are with your keywords the better. Some one searching for kitchens may be looking for information only where as "bespoke kitchens mytown" means they are further down the buying cycle and more ready to part with the contents of their wallet.
I like this forum :D
Thanks dave

Ignore the town, people search normally then add the geographic tag on. so research
handmade kitchens, bespoke kitchens. Don't forget people will search for designer, taylor made, individually designed, unique kitchens and also cabinets etc.

then all you do is tag the town and area onto the biggest search terms and you are sorted.
