Obviously it will be aligned correctly in the paper. I welcome creative alternatives.

Hi there 'General'!?

Really like the content of your lineage ad. Adverts should always lead with the key selling point (as you do...DSS etc), have a call to action (as you do) and, if possible have a memorable phrase (as you do!)

Only suggestions I would have would be potentially adding a contact tel?...some people may prefer an initial enquiry to a real person. Also potentially you could create a sense of urgency? Such as...limited properties available, contact now!

I work in advertising for one of the countries leading broadsheet newspapers so see many of these ads and the above points seem to be coherent with the successful ads.

Thanks guys for the info. This hopefully will be running this Friday in the local paper. I'll see how it goes and repost.
