Thats life im afraid, it could be classed as slight loanshark im guilty of it myself,

But in effect you are lending to people not legally but on a handshake theres nothing wrong with that in my view.

What do you do when you ask for repayment and they tell you to beat it?

Do you get some big lads to go get it for you?

I never had that happen, although i had the " i might have to give you a bit of it next month" happen a few times

But im a nice guy so i let them.

Its not difficult to trace someone nick, you leave a trail a mile wide all over the net

Well......if that's "life", i don't like what our society has become! If my friend is in dire straits and i lend her money, i do it to help a friend and i know that if the tables were turned they'd do the same for me! I wouldn't charge interest!

Does anyboby have a sample of what to put on the application for a consumer credit licence? I have worked in the industy for 15 years but have not needed my own licence until now when I have decided to go on my own.I understand about compliance etc,but I do not know what they are looking for on the form to score my application,have been everywhere for help and no one can help me!
