I've literally just installed Zopim for the second time. We got rid of it because we didn't have the time to dedicate to it but are looking at giving it another shot now. You get 2 weeks free and it's a simple bit of code to add to your site.

Thanks Ali - that's a really good idea actually. Not sure if that would work for us because we're mainly b2b but I've been thinking about another site recently and that's got me thinking.. Thanks.

Not quite sure why my post is the first in this thread though, I replied to someone else..

The one we use and have had good experience of is LiveHelp by CraftySyntax. It's free (opensource) and the developer is good at supporting it. You just download a small file, upload it to your server and run the install page - that's it (although you'll need to fine tune it afterwards).

Hi curious - One of my clients has created a Facebook group and add customers onto it - they chat through there and gain valuable social growth
Facebook is one of the strong medium to gain social importance, as it gets nearly 9 to 10 million visitors daily. Creating a fanpage and allowing customers to share ideas for new products and improvement in exisiting one is a best thing to do and for this facebook will help the best, besides facebook one can try twitter and other social sites as well, even providing live chat facility on the website helps to do the same.
