Hi All,

I am new on the forum, and would like to know if anyone has had experience with either or both Linnworks and Storefeeder.

We currently sell on Amazon and eBay, but would like to start selling on eBay internationally and our current solution (osCommerce) provides no easy way of us doing this. Also, we need a good management system to take the repetitive and time-consuming tasks away from dispatch labels, confirming orders, stock control, etc.

I have done a lot of reading on both Linnworks and Storefeeder. Linnworks seems to have much more rounded reviews, in the way that some say it is brilliant, and other say the support is terrible. so there is a sense of weighing up the pros and cons with Linnworks.

Storefeeder on the other hand, has only 5 star reviews and i cannot seem to find a bad review, anywhere! Of course this could be very good, and suggests that Storefeeder is a reliable and capable system, but there is a side of me that is questioning that it has ONLY 5 star reviews.

I have partnered with many developers over the years, and although i believe there are good developers out there, my trust in their services and honesty is 'limited'. This is the reason i am questioning all the good reviews for Storefeeder.

Anyone that has used either of the systems and can shed some light on either of them, please feel free. Many Thanks

Hi Regg,

Thank you for you interest in Linnworks for your order management.

We like to think we have a fair balance of reviews and as you can see our TrustPilot page has been around a long time. Based on our current review score and surveys with our existing clientele, I can confirm that we have a 91% customer satisfaction rate and are always looking to improve on this figure.

In defense of the more negative reviews regarding Linnworks, the majority of these criticisms are very old and related to functionality that has since been added. One of our goals from the offset was to make Linnworks as flexible as possible as we understand every business is different and we offer customisation options within our scope for a fee if required.

Understandably you have concerns about support and when taking on a brand new system so crucial to the everyday running of your business you are going to want the best help on getting everything set up and configured.

We offer the following Support Levels.
Limited - Available on our Basic package, Providing ticket support only.
Standard - Available on our Standard package offering Ticket support but unlimited tickets.
Extended - Our Professional package with both Ticket and Live Support by instant message.
Priority - On our Enterprise package offering Ticket, Live Support and Telephone Support.
On all of our subscription plans offer the option to downgrade after 3 months allowing our customers the option of making use of the more immediate response offered at our higher level subscriptions, with the view to downgrade once the customer has made use of the support and gained an active knowledge of the system.

With this in mind, we feel we provide an honest view on how to approach a new subscription to Linnworks to avoid any delays in its implementation.

If you have any further questions please get in contact.

Kind Regards

Hi Regg

StoreFeeder is very proud of the 5 star rating you see.

We have been providing customers with good levels of support at every level for many years, both ticket AND telephone support are included on the majority of packages at no extra charge but even if you choose our basic service you can rest assured of the highest levels of service (we do not put a limit on ticket numbers or critical telephone support)

StoreFeeder's 5 star rating is also due to the ease with which sellers can get to grips with the system. The feedback we get is that our system is one of the most intuitive multi-channel systems out there.

Naturally all software is different and it can be difficult to decide, the good news is that all prospective StoreFeeder clients can take us up on the offer of a free LIVE run through the software, a more personalised Demo of the software which will allow you to properly investigate our solution prior to signing up. We think this is certainly a contributory factor in our excellent reviews.

You, and the readers here, are very welcome to get in touch for a LIVE demo via our "contact us" page at any time. We'd be delighted to assist you!

Thanks

I've written 5 star reviews for StoreFeeder. I can assure you that I am a genuine business owner using StoreFeeder to manage stock, orders, prices, etc across currently Amazon UK, DE, FR, soon to be COM and CA as well as eBay UK, Flubit, and a Magento store.

StoreFeeder does it seamlessly, and I simply would not have the manpower available to do it myself manually or in a less reliable / less all-encompassing way.

I did provide a list of storefront URLs, but as this is my first post I cannot post links. Use your favourite search engine: Barocco Limited is the company, we're Barocco on Amazon UK, DE, FR. Everything For Pets in eBay and on the web.

Contact details are in all of those storefronts - happy to take a call if you'd like to speak.

Both products seem to offer the same features. The difference will be in the fine detail. That and Linnworks is about half the price. Realistically your best option is to try both and see which better fits your business processes. Looking at the reviews and having 4 years experience with Linnworks, I would say that both would be reliable platforms for your critical business functions.

With regard to support, I have only needed to use it twice. Normally the software just works and keeps on working seamlessly. The time I used support I got prompt and good service. It was a problem with the Royal Mail interface at the Royal Mail end.
