I have not really been creating a link wheel as such. But i am seo'ing other sites with the sole intension of them benefiting a main "brandable" domain name i want to use for everything.

If you can get a little network of sites going and avoid reciprocal linking you make life easier for yourself.

I know what you mean. I have loads and loads but they all sit on the same server

Link wheels can be very powerful for keyword domination but take alot of time to set up and manage.

As you need to set up your primary spokes/web 2.0 sites and then pursue a link building campaign to each and as you should only target one keyword per link wheel, you could need quite a few to cover all your primary keywords.

Worth playing with if you have time though.

I would never do a Link Wheel and then just leave it and expect it to work miracles.

Benefits of link wheel is all wheels are relevant to your money site. If you are good in making contents and start blogs (you need to do a little bit hardworking), it is a nice idea to start link wheel. Just search in Google for more details about it.

Link wheels are my main strategy. They're great, because you can push large volumes of links at each spoke, and not worry about whether they're bad neighbourhood or not, as the spoke basically filters them.

So how have you been doing it?


I have plans to create a link wheel around a 'money' site:

Register 20 KW related domains.

And applying various 'spammy' or grey hat techniques e.g. SEO link vine, Sick Submitter, SEnuke

Looking forward to it. A lot of effor of course.
