limited start up and initial investment

Hello all.

I was a member in the very early days of the website ( 2006). Looks very different now I have to say!

Ive signed back up as I'm going SE once again. My question is, do I pay corp tax on any money I invest in my new ltd company, i.e a float I pay in from my own private account?
