liability shift 3d

Hi, I have received 2 high value orders which went trough 3d secure but it has a high risk score in my Opayo account. is it safe to send the order as there a liability shift? or can i still get a charge back ? i cant find that information on Opayo's website . do any of you have similar experience?

    Surely that's a question to ask Opayo? Do you have a support contact? It must be in their terms somewhere?

    If Opayo give it a high risk score probably best to avoid. If you get a chargeback you take the loss not Opayo.

    Opayo referred me to my merchant bank which is Cardnet , The lady that took my call did not even know what d3 lability shift is , she asked her manager and came back saying lability shift only applies 6 months after a transection , so sadly will have to cancel the transections
