Does anyone know a good crash course in opening a letting agency??? Benn looking through the web and have seen loads, but unsure which one is really worth the money!! And not just an excuse to sell their business packages............

I've just bought the Southcourts package and found it very good, if a bit expensive.
I also know someone who has bought Lettings4Success package and they think it's good.
