Legal reccomendation for litigation required

Hi All,

In brief, My business partner and myself entered into a joint venture with a 3rd party which is a limited company. We provided funding against a property purchase and the Ltd co was to carry out enhancements to a property to raise it's value.

The Ltd co has not fulfilled any of its obligations as per the signed JV agreement and we want to explore ways of getting our money back through legal channels. Our negotiations have so far drawn a blank.

Looking for personal recommendations please.

I would be happy to talk to you about the JV issue. I have just mediated a JV type dispute. Breach of JV actions tend to wreck the business and value and goodwill of all concerned but the threat of proceedings can prove effective when coupled with a commercial negotiation. who owns the property ? what security have you and your partner got over the property ?
who occupies the property at present ?
