Hi All Readers,
I need your valuable advice on one case which I am thinking to take the case to the court but I have no idea at all that's why firstly I should take your advice for the next step.
One security related company in UK had a contract with my partner and I have nothing to do with this. Because my partner would like to setup his own business alone I did want to help him. He asked me to send a deposit to security company last year and I sent the money under my company name as a deposit but after a while my partner told me that he can not import those devices to turkey because of more regulations and brouchracy on paper to deal with government. Then he told me that he can not import the device. Then I asked my money back from the security company. We got e -mail saying that because of financial year stuff going on, they could pay the deposit back after march 2009. After month later, the Security company did not want to pay our deposit back, because of sales contract done with my partner. I have a copy of the contract, but it has got nothing at all about the deposit or money sent by other company at all. I have not signed the sales contract eventough the sales contract is done with my partner's name and the security company.
I am so sorry but I do not understand why the security company is behaving like this.
In my company, my partner does not have any signature authorization on papers or all bank stuff. As I mentioned the case has nothing to do with me and my company. My company is on local mobile advertising business in Turkey. Now I am after my money for the last 10 months.
I did not want to write the company name that's why I mentioned " UK security company ". I guess all my fault is that to help someone. I will share more information later on..
