Hi,

I'm looking at leasing iMacs however 90% of the companies I've found that offer this service require the company to be trading a year or two.

Has anyone had any luck for a new start up to lease?

All the best.
Mathew.

Thank you Ashley_Price never heard of Ecosia before, seems to work quite well for UK searches.

For general searches Ecosia is fine, I rarely have a problem finding stuff I want. It can be a little bit limited with image or video searches - which I then have to go to another certain "tax avoiding" (legally, but unethically) search engine.

But the main reason for using Ecosia is THIS

There are three possible options in the scenario that you describe.

1. Continue to inquire about leasing iMacs and you would eventually find a leasing company that would let you lease the computers even though you haven't been trading for a year or two.

2. Look at a financing option where you buy the computers instead. If you intend to use the computers for a long-term use it would be better for you financially to buy them. Mac computers have a high second hand value and you would be able to sell them easily after you have finished your use for them.

3. Look for used iMacs. You might find good deals out there.

Good luck!
