Learn Direct Centre

I am looking to move our SEO company to new offices and have seen a building which is ideal but is a bit big for our needs right now. Does anyone know how easy it is to become a learn direct training centre as I think this might be a good way to fill some space and create extra revenue

It would be our first time working in a training enviorment and I think learn direct could be a good entry point into the market.

I have looked at that option but I would like it to generate more than basic rental income.
