Hi Guys,

I have been quoted £649.00 for 7000 leaflets 12PP on 130 gsm glossy paper A5 in size,

Is this a good price?

That price seems expensive to me but that said I was in a big rush and needed some done quickly and I paid £100 for 1,000 leaflets A5 black with three words in red and they printed it off an e-mail. It looked shoddy. It was one side and we had to collect.

Very poor service really so it does pay to shop around. I have seen some brilliant offers but there is always the hidden costs of artwork so I am still yet to find a good printer.

Try the below link - I used them and very happy with the result. However I had to give them my design on PDF. I am sure they will do the design for extra charge.

I live local to Solopress and have also used them for years. Since they started their national web based marketing campaign their prices have increased which is a shame - and like I said I have used them for years.

They turn around their printing very fast though and if you can collect you'll get it even faster.

I've always been impressed with their quality and turn-around times. For that reason I have paid slightly more than I could elsewhere but get it faster. I could get cheaper and wait an extra 4-5 days for the product but that isnt always viable for my clients.

That's a good price. Time is money, don't waste hours trying to save another £50.

Have used Solopress several times for A6 cards - they don't bend when they go through a letterbox. circa £110 for 5,000 - full colour - double sided print.
We do our own single colour flyers on a digital ink duplicator, 600dpi and good image. PM me if you want a price for that.

-Roll-Up Banner 2m x 800mm on Scuff Resistant Vinyl

For those who keep saying the original price seems high, go back and re-read the original post as he isnt asking for 7000 flyers, its 7000 12pp (thats 12 page) booklets/brochures.

Seems like a pretty good price to me!
