Leaflet Distribution GPS

Does anyone use or recommed a GPS tracker which can be used for leaflet distributions. Looking for something affordable with no monthly fees.

The one on ebay (mainly for cars) you have to text to find the location at that time. But I want something that print the completed areas.

can't you do this via mobile phones? I seem to remember google offering something like this, not sure on accuracy though.
