Hi All,

So, I have a problem that skills wise I can solve myself but not time wise!! Due to expansion I am looking for more lead gen/telesales clients. However, along with my existing clients and training new staff I am seriously pushed for time to find a couple more clients.

As you can appreciate this is frustrating as this is exactly my skill set but from a practical angle I am really struggling, any ideas gratefully received!!

Welcome to business growing pains!

On a serious note, you sound like you are at the point where you need to hire someone. A great mantra I got told early on in my career was to be successful, you had to remain doing what you are good at and got you where you are so far.

What other parts of the role or training can you strip out of your day and pass to someone else/new to free up time? When my daughter was born, I was left with a decision on how to fit everything in and once it was pointed out to me, the answer was really simple. Have a look at your personal life and see where you can save time there. In the end, I hired a gardener, cleaner, had my washing and ironing outsourced to a company who collected and delivered, my shopping delivered at 1030pm at nigh so I didn't have to visit a supermarket, used a valeter for the cars despite enjoying it etc. The hours I saved around the house, I put into the business and earnt far more per hour there than what I was paying out. Eventually, it got me over the hump and it made sense to hire a second sales person /trainer to help us take the next step.
