The guitar manufacturing company has fallen by the wayside for the time being.
I am in the process of building a laser cutter for cutting parts in 3mm styrene.
In the meantime, i was wondering if anyone knows somewhere i can get one offs or small runs cut from styrene to make some cash to finish the build.

Its nothing overly intricate, and i'm capable of supplying the drawings.

No connection at all:

Can't post URL but it's

- just found them very, very helpful when I was looking for a specialist to cut and etch some aluminium in a small run - I didn't go ahead with the project so haven't used them. They cut all sorts of materials including plastics and told me what file format they'd need with what options for the CAD I was using so they could just use it.

Alternatively have a wander round any local industrial estate and talk to any fabrication companies and see who they use. That got me an excellent local steel laser-cutter who doesn't have a website - postage was an issue with steel!

You could try posting on some of the radio control plane forums - 3mm foam is a common material for planes!

modelflying.co.uk might be a good place to ask.

And can you not use hot wire for styrene? or is it not accurate enough?
