Laptop bust

My sons laptop is playing up. Some of the keys on the keyboard have stopped working.
I've run anti virus, and done system restore to no avail.
Any ideas anyone?

Something hasn't been spilled onto it? This will cause the problem and will require a new keyboard more than likely.

Your restore should have worked as it should have reloaded the correct drivers. Kind of hard to tell without a look at it.

Awww thought this thread was about porn on laptops, I was expecting big busts

I have had the same problem before.

I logged in safe mode, logged on and then restarted the laptop, this corrected all the drivers and has worked ever since.
