I have one doubt about Crowdfunding tax in Uk. We have a limited company in Uk, and we need to do the tax periods soon. We received +90K and we are trying to avoid some tax for the USA orders. We have two possible scenarios;
We have 50% USA Orders and 50% European Orders.
Do you think I would have to declare 100%? Or could I do it only for Europe orders?
Thanks Advance
- We are using a two USA Crowdfunding platforms (Indiegogo and Kickstarter , and we have only their payments ) , that means we are not selling directly to those customers. They (Kickstarter and Indiegogo) were gathering orders, and at the end they sent us the address to send the product to those people. But we are not taking the money from them (final customers), we are receiving the whole money (less crowdfunding and credit card commission) from USA Crowdfunding platforms. And the USA sells don’t have VAT.
- Another scenario could be we are able to differentiate between European and not European purchases. I think not European don’t pay VAT.
We have 50% USA Orders and 50% European Orders.
