I have to admit, being hard to please as well at times, I was surprised at how quick questions were answered. I have just downloaded the free trial and even though it was only the trial version the girl on the phone was lovely and answered my questions there and then.

I have three months to try and get used to it and then its bye bye sage.

I have opened the Kashflow website to check it out. I would suggest working on the website a little:

Buttons: 'Try it for free now' and 'View Tour' have different coloured edges - looks very odd an not very professional (edit: buttons in the top right corner 'start trial' and 'login' suffer from the same problem.)

A little presentation in the apple screen is climbing out of it (at least in my IE 6 it does)

Logo in the top left corner is of a poor quality - seems like it has been done in paint. (not the actual artwork, but the quality of the image)

To be honest, by just looking at the website, I wouldn't be rushing out to get your product. Otherwise, I know nothing about you and comments seem to be very positive - so well done!

I have just come across this thread - thought I would add my comments. I have been using Kashflow for close to 2 years, If I say that - as an accountant - it has changed my life - would not be an understatement. I save literally hours a week. I can access any of my clients details from anywhere - I work in the film industry - looking after several clients - running from one to the other. Where ever I am I can get into any client, I have Kashflow as my home page and can be into anyone's records in seconds. No matter what I am doing. Kashflow have worked with me - made a couple of changes for me.Whats truly great is I can have various assistants inputting the invoices for me, I then work with this information. Some clients do more than others, but no matter what - if they make a mess I can go in and sort it out for them. The invoices that it raises are fantastic, email straight to the client, then tell me when they are overdue. There is not much that it can't do. Vat returns in seconds!!. I have used a lot of programs in my time, most I hate, such overkill, too clunky and won't work on a mac!! If I ever run into trouble, I can call or email. The other day someone had put a date on as 1010 - instead of 2010 and I could not get it to make a payment, before I had figured out why the phone rang, Kashflow - asking did I have a problem, to be honest I hadn't realised that I had!! - they were wonderful, had a lovely conversation with someone (sorry don't remember who). How is that for service, they call before I even realise I have made a mistake!!. If anyone thinks this is for small business's think again, I run some clients though it with turnover of more then £10m. It changes on a daily basis - always for the better. I obviously know it very well by now, now and again I think "how nice if it could do this" - within days it seems to happen. It evolves on a daily basis. Problem that Kashflow must have is most accountants don't!!!!. I cannot give Kashflow enough praise, and Duane is close to a genius.
