Hi all,

I'm Rob Shaw owner and MD of Shaw Stone Ltd. I'm 36 married with two kids, Sam 4 and Millie 1. Most of my friends and family are non business people so I'm looking forward to speaking with like minded people who understand the trials and tribualtions of running there own business. With two young kids I rarely get time to go to network events.

I started Shaw Stone 7 years ago with a leased van, a few handtools, a £5000 family loan and a supportive girlfriend (now wife). We now employ 8 people, have a factory, lots of expensive machinery and all the headaches that go with it but I wouldn't change it for all the tea in China. I love the business and feel I have only just stared.

Anyway I'll stop myself there before I start rambling on for hours.
