I thought it might be useful just to point people in the direction of recent posts on LinkedIn relating to an investigation that's now come to light that will have an impact on companies, possibly even some on here.

There is a lot to read about a company called Green Jellyfish and their associates (and there are many) - they have now been exposed by a guy called Dan Neidle as a fraudulent company operating within the R&D space, and unfortunately they aren't the only ones. CATAX's name has also been mentioned a few times (now owned by a US company called Ryan) with regard to their website/R&D claims (they were questioned by a House of Lords committee back in Nov 2022 looking into fraud & R&D claims), Steve Christophi, who owns multiple R&D companies in the UK and RDI Solutions, who have now been shut down.

If you don't follow him on LinkedIn already, Dan Neidle is a great source of information but I thought I'd put something on here to make everyone aware.

"On the evening of 25 April 2024, Sotiris Christophi arrived unannounced at Paul’s home and threatened him. He said Green Jellyfish had been through Paul and his wife’s social media accounts, and was preparing to release some unfavourable information about Paul to the public. Paul immediately told him to leave. Christophi then made a series of calls to Paul’s wife’s personal mobile phone.

We asked Christophi about this back in April: he responded saying he regretted his actions, and asking to speak to us in person. We said we would prefer if Christophi could put his position in writing;12 we never heard back."

Yeah it was kinda me.

I had known about green jellyfish since they started and just thought they were another advisor pushing boundaries.

But following Mr. Christophis visit I got dragged into it all a lot more and started getting a much better picture of exactly just how bad they were.

I had been in contact with Dan since then and when he was ready I told him everything I knew, gave him all the evidence I had collected and he then spoke to lots of other people too and put the first part out.

There will be follow up articles by Dan next week, and I'm also due on a national news channel also.

I've also got lots of stuff on some other firms like RDI.
