Just wanted to say a quick hello.

I run a small street food business out of the heart of Buckingham call HeartCibo (Lovefood)!.

Im here to chat , make friends and hopefully get some tips!

Im new to this website so any pointers as to some good catering forums would be really useful.

Hi James, welcome to UKBF! Food will always do well even during the worst recessions so good setor to be in. I now live in Italy but I used to deliver Italian food around the UK including a deli in Buckingham...been a long time so can't remember the name of the deli.
I hope you find help on UKBF!

Hi Gino, That is my mums Uncles name who lives in Rome....in fact I thought it was him !

Thanks for replying and thanks for the Deli recommendation. I Will ask around.

Im currently working on the menu for the weekend and always make the mistake of eating too much of what I am testing.
