Joining Tesco Clubcard as a company

Hi

We own a chain of restaurants and I just wanted to see if experts on the forum know the process on how you would apply to have your business listed on Tesco Clubcard scheme, so customers could convert their clubcard vouchers to use at our restaurants?

And what is the cost of doing so, does Tesco take a % of the sale?
