I figured I'd give a kick start to the year and jump on the sales bandwagon! Have many of you have experience of Jan sales and are they worth doing?
It's a bit difficult for us because of the nature of the product so I've gone a bit wild and knocked a huge amount off a villa. I'll let you know if interest picks up and whether it's a uselful tool for the real estate sector.
Well you gotta try. :)

Hey and why not?, we didn't have a January sale, but then we are bit mean like that :p. Anything to drum up business and attract clients .............and let's face it you have a fab caricature on your site for all and sundry to see:D

hello, this is my first post.
My company is elite kitchens, all the big competitors in our market will promote january sales so I always do. You may have seen many kitchen adverts over christmas, MFI etc. I think there great because it gets people thinking about changing kitchens so I will launch my own local advertising and hopefully generate some serious interest. Im all for January sales as a salesman but not as a consumer. I hope your sale goes well.....

Well we have all the affiliates holiday sales but it might be a bit of a leap with real estate. I'm giving it the month of January, then it's going back to it's original price.
Oh I'm a great sales consumer Stuart, in fact I'm a sad year round sales enthusiast. :D
Well knocks on my door should be able to knock on yours too Suzi. ;)
