Hi all,
Been pulling my hair out with Linnworks and its non existent support!
We use linnworks.net to print invoices with an integrated parcelforce shipping label - however this morning we've been unable to generate any invoices or shipping labels - we get this error for all our open orders:
Error ID: a0081a4b-1022-4b36-abd7-341dcb711e64; Cannot handle iref streams. The current implementation of PDFsharp cannot handle this PDF feature introduced with Acrobat 6.
Is anyone else experiencing this at the moment, or know of a fix?
I've opened a support ticket, but we can't really wait the 1-2 days for a response, only to be continually told as we are usually that "This issue has been reported to development team. We will contact you as soon as this issue is resolved."
I've got to say Linnworks.net has been a really time consuming and extremely frustrating experience for us, with its endless bugs, illogical U/I, and shockingly poor support.
If any of the wise people on this board could shed some light on this, I'd be very grateful.
