There a number of stuck up members who seem on a hair-trigger. Unfortunately, those idiots seem to band together.

On the whole though, this forum has been extremely helpful to me.

Yes you are correct and its a very fair point !
When you get some of the stupid questions on here you can only expect this type of mob mentality
It is disrespectful to ask some questions like employment questions to people that have had to go out and get it on their own I have never even had a job !
Last week people here running big business and those of us running small ones were asked .What do you think of making money at car boot sales . !!!!! Come On mate ? !!!

To top it all last week this question was asked
    Is UKBF actually useful?

I've found the forums useful, interesting and amusing at times... everyone is their own character, everyone has different opinions on both life and business...

Nothing wrong with having a different opinion to someone else.

Eat's a dog eat dog world out there, one bit of information may not be useful to another - doesn't mean that it's wrong or useless.

Meh.....even when people ask silly questions, youd expect people on here (especially those who actually link their businesses to their account and tout for business) to respond in a somewhat professional manner. After all, no one is forcing them to respond!

In answer yes it has helpful.
@Clinton tells it like it is and makes you re think your plan
@Pish_Pash thread on getting into retail was inspiring and he followed through on all the details to the end. and the chocolate guy into Harrods
@Newchodge & @Employment Law Clinic for advice in my current prediciment.
@fisicx for his help on plugins and saves so much time on research
Plenty of others on here as well but would take too long, @The Byre @cjd and many more.

Like everyone says, if you are basing your business and finance on a forum then your gonna need to do a bit better.
Yes there are bull artisits, the amount of times people have attempted to give me advice which I am sceptical of, so i'll do a little background check and they appear to have no background other than a facebook page. So i Ignore them.

I come here to chill, read others posts, try to help when I can and get some of the best advice i have got, both paid and free.

So all in all, Thanks to SIft for setting it up and to everyone that contributes.

That's the same for every forum no matter what the subject. Have a look at a football forum and read that A deserves man of the match followed by A was the worst player on the pitch or a hifi forum where the bloke's hearty recommendation is based from the fact that he bought it therefore there couldn't possibly be anything better
