Hi everyone,
I have a question about a potential business model.
I'm thinking of starting a website, operated from the UK, as sole trader, to sell tickets for workshops and classes in Taiwan.
I would design the courses and sell the tickets to the final customers.
The workshops and classes will then be provided by local self-employed people, that will invoice me for their service.
Can this be considered a business based in the UK and so I don't need to deal with permissions in Taiwan, open a branch etc.?
Additionally, would it also be possible for me to even hire the space for the classes, that the self-employed locals will use to provide the classes to the final customers?
This would be done online from a Taiwanese website that offers spaces for hire.
Thank you for your help.
