Sounds like you need to sort out the reason for the stress in the first place.
If your family are ringing you constantly, ask them to stop calling you and that you will only call them once a day.
If the reason for the calls is causing the stress, go there and sort it out. If you can't sort it stop listening to it.
Sometimes you have to just to put yourself first. I had someone making me feel depressed and down, until I strictly examined why, realised I was taking the stress on from someone else and decided not to do it. I felt so much better and it actually worked.
