Is my website user friendly?

Could someone tell me if my website is user friendly. I have been using google pay per click advertising recently with not much success compared to when I used this method of advertising at the same time last year.

I am starting to think that perhaps my site is not user friendly as I am being charged for people clicking on my site but don't seem to be getting much work from it. My prices are reasonable compared to other companies so the price cant be a factor. I am a carpet cleaner based near Edinburgh so should be getting more work taking in to consideration the population in the area I cover. Any advice regarding this would be appreciated. my website is quickdrycarpetcleaning in Edinburgh. Kind regards.

To be honest the website looks about 15-20 years old. It's pretty poor and doesn't work well on mobile. I'd recommend having a professional make you a website (and logo) and get away from Clikpic asap. It will be well worth it in the long term. I wouldn't waste any more Adwords cash on that site.

If your looking for someone to independently live test your site (for free) have a look at usertesting.com. It's pretty cool as you get the video feedback from someone random, usually American.
