Is Easy NC and Auto DS the same thing? Can someone educate me on the difference from these 2?

Is there any difference between Easy NC and Auto DS. Artificlial Intelligence says that there is. What are they ? Don`t these to software`s monitor prices from your suppliers and update it live for your eBay store? What does one do more than the other to justify using them both?
