Cheers - Finding the people isn't too much of an issue - had many apply, I'm sifting through and going to be doing background checks and reference checks etc. I can understand I should know about each job, but I shouldn't necessarily know every little detail about it. Workers aren't going to be commission only, but paid for what they work... some people will be working in other places, do this part time, work with a child at home etc. that's why they want to do it. I have learnt from here, despite the fact I am going ahead. I know what I witness on holiday was top notch service, and I'm not attempting to copy that, that didn't even give me an idea... I just happened to see that.
Clearly we disagree, but I'm going to give it a shot. Thanks for the constructive advice and I totally value your differing opinion. But I honestly believe in it... hence why I'm going ahead
