Is it just me but I find customs in Ireland to be utter jobsworths.

Have had two small parcels returned by them, no reason, all forms completed - just a joke of a service, could have called me Emailed me but no, let's just send it back

As those rise in their positions many services we now complain about will be cancelled.

Not just you, if we ever have a parcel rejected in the EU it will be Ireland (when AN Post).

We resend with exactly the same customs data and it goes through fine.

We do not have the same issue to Ireland with couriers so I think its an AN Post issue.

The most rejections for us worldwide are Argentina / Brazil.

If any of you are looking to for ways to remove some of these issues, I have not seen any returns from the EU or NI on parcel shipping and while argentina and brazil are both historically touch places to ship to, I still maybe able to help. Feel free to drop me a DM to see what we can do.

We get stuff returned for no visible reason by Irish customs when sent with Royal Mail. I resend it with Evri/Landmark if cheap, or DPD if it's worth a bit more, and they go through OK.

Yes, I think they are jobsworths. Belgium are good at this too.
