Iran Nuclear Deal -Yes or No?

Given the close alliance of Russia, China & Iran, including recent long term trading and military pacts between all 3, should the West and specifically the P5+1 be contemplating agreeing a deal, based on the 2015 JCPOA Agreement?

3 autocratic leaders with a shared goal, will be more trouble than the West will be able to cope with.

If a deal is agreed based on the 2015 agreement, are we just bringing WW3 closer?
