Hi

I'm trying to get some guild lines on IR35 but can't seem to find any without loads of links, does anyone know where I can get some or some give me the basics on what's its designed to do and what's tests decided if your inside or outside?

It depends on what you are trying to find out, I got some info from Contractor Umbrella on the difference between being inside and outside of IR35 - easier to understand than most that I looked at.
