Hi

A new client has asked me if I would Invoice her clients on her behalf when they pay for one of her courses?

Does this mean I have to now register under Money Laundering Regulations??

Many thanks

Amanda

I don't know that I agree with Finchley Business Systems. I think it depends upon what you are doing. If you are merely preparing and sending out the invoices, then I think you are OK. To be included as an Accountancy Service Provider, I think that You have to go one step further and then actually enter the invoice into the books of account.
