Hope you are all enjoying this lovely sunny weekend!
Someone who did work for me sent me his first invoice, but I did not like the way the invoice was structured, and there was also some information missing, e.g. the job description was not as precise as I would like.
I told him I was not happy with the invoice, and then I created another one and sent it to him as an attachment. I asked him to review the invoice and then, if he is happy with all the information, re-send it to me. However, I have also done the same thing for his second invoice.
Prepare a supplier's invoice, email it to the supplier for review, and ask supplier to email it back to you - is this legal?
