Hi
I was just watching this American thing
http://edition.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/09/29/new.jersey.student.suicide/index.html?hpt=C2
made me wonder. I was in a business meeting at someones house discussing confidential business info when I saw a camera pointing at me and it was recording onto his pc.
It was a few years ago and I thought it was a bit cheeky since I had no idea I was being filmed. He turned it off when I asked him to.
Question is, is it illegal in the UK to do that? It certainly sounds it.
Thanks
Kevin
