Hello! I've been lurking on and off for a few months so I thought it was high time I introduced myself!

What you hope to gain from these forums:
My business is going through a fair amount of change at the moment. I'm wrestling with the concept of Franchising - any advice on designating teritories and how to get good franchisees on board would be gratefully received. Also, any networking groups for franchisors?? I would love to talk to someone who has successfully done this already!!
This also involves moving from sole trader to limited company and the changes that are involved with that, alongside an application to Trade Mark my logo. Oh, how I love paperwork and burocracy.
Any hints and tips to save my sanity will be well received.
What your company does:
On the Business to Business side of things, Cats Whiskers offer activities that can raise brand awareness and help your promotional team by drawing your clients to you and keep them at your location for some time enabling you to get your message across. We attract and entertain families by offering face painting, temporary tattoos and balloon modelling which has been very successful in car show rooms and at exhibition stands, for example. Brand awareness can be established through colours/designs used or through the use of body art.
Obviously our face and body art services can be used purely for entertainment too and the team are often found at Company Fun Days .
So that's me in a nutshell.
I'll now slink back into the shadows. LOL!
