Hi,
I've been quite reluctant in creating fb pages for my businesses. I'm not fearing any criticism, but in my line of work (food) it only takes one negative comment to put people off. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind any complaints - but only privately - and I've only ever had 2 thus far (something not being hot enough and not enough filling)

Why not look at it the positive way? ...especially if you've only ever had the 2 complaints you say. Think of all the others who are happy. Think of all the people who could give glowing reports ....which could encourage others to come when they see it.

As the saying goes, 'sh*t happens' ....so if 2 people whinge, so be it. If the majority are with you, it wouldn't hurt at all.

You can't please all the people all of the time ...and you shouldn't let the potential of small negatives affect a better future. And in your business, Soical Media is where it's all happening.

    Hi

Happy to help ....but you need to understand that 1 single email isn't going to achieve what you want. Not at all.

Not everyone will see it, for many reasons (too many to go through here) and of those that do, a good proportion won't remember it a couple of hours later*.

Email marketing isn't about a single hit. It works on repetition, a drip drip basis ....sort of like Chinese water torture ....butwithout the pain ;)

If you want some help with doing it properly, so your customers really get the message and you really benefit from it, feel free to give me a shout.

*And I haven't even touched on all the technical issues that you need to watch out for, that may cause you some issues.
