Internet Explorer Problem - Any Ideas?

I have just discovered that my website (I can't post a link but google chapman machinery and we'll be No1) falls apart in internet explorer, and I have no idea why!

I was made aware of the problem this morning by one of my distributors - but I haven't updated any content recently which could have caused this, so this could potentially have been going on for months.

The header & headings text isn't appearing correctly, which obviously makes it impossible to navigate the site. If you clear the cache and look at a page on the website, the text appears for a millisecond and then disappears, as if it is conflicting with a loader or some sort?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Works fine in IE 7, IE 8 and IE 9 on compatibility mode so search on IE 9

Looking at the code you have so many scripts loading the are sure to be conflicts across the browsers. Look on the scripts owners site for ideas on how to get around those.

Works fine even in IE6. There is a PHP Error though that could be affecting the Gallery and News Pages as they don't seem to do anything. See the Error at the bottom of the screen on all pages (highlight the white bit)

Firebug is showing 15 javascript files that are not loading (not exist or path no longer there).
Also jQuery("ul.sf-menu").superfish is not a function.

As for the not displaying correct in IE9, try adding this to the head

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7" />

I will also look over the non-loading / non-existant javascript files as I knew there were a couple but didn't realise it was as many as this!
