Hi, I currently reside in the UK however I am not domicile in the UK. I have two contracts one in the UK and one in Australasia. I also have one Ltd business in the UK and another in Australasia.

I want to try and streamline this, what would be the most efficient structure? I am paid in local currency for each contract. Ideally I would bring all business through one Ltd company ideally so I do not have any IR35 issues.

Provide design services so no physical goods.

As a non dom you can currently claim the remittance basis and only pay UK tax on your foreign income remitted. Not sure if you currently personal tax in Australia on income you receive from your LTD over there.

The Corporation Tax rate in the UK is 20% whereas in Australia the main rate is 30% which would indicate that routing your overseas contract through the UK Ltd would be the way to go.
