Internal Card Fraud

Hi. I'm wondering if one of my staff is refunding on to their debit card on days I'm not in...Is there a way to check through Barclay card merchant? or even on the pdq machine?.

I can see refunds on the machine but no details of who or the card number...can they find out or even let me know?

Why not pick up the phone and ask them?

Perhaps tighten up procedures regarding who can do refunds and how things are noted?

Why not instruct staff that they have to keep records of all refunds such as customer name and address.

Did you manage to get this sorted? I may be able to explain the charges if you can explain them a bit better as I deal with Barclaycard merchant agreements all day
