Interesting predicament

I set-up a new company last year with a colleague, all going well thanks!

What the predicament is, our last company still advertises on it's letterheads that my collegues address is a branch office of the company when in fact he is no longer employed by them.

Is this legal, and do we have a legal right to ask for it's removal a.s.a.p.??
