Integrating Blogs

To improve our websites SEO I am looking to update content on a regular basis. I think the easiest way to do this would be to have a blog integrated onto my website. http://www.callassistant.co.uk

Does anyone know what blog sites are suitable for integrating into your website. I use wordpress at the moment, but I am not sure this integrates.

It's so easy to integrate wp into your site, download from wordpress.org and then install in a folder such as blog.
Then have someone build your website design into wp, and then modify wp a little to fit your needs.
Check my sig links and you will see I run my blog using wp, but looks like the rest of my site.

Wordpress would be your best option. By far the most popular blogging platform. Have a look a www.problogger.com also for ideas. He's written an excellent book that is worth buying before you set up your blog.
