if i am just selling to the public via the internet. is product liability the only cover i need? would this cover any injuries caused by my products (i am not the manufacturer, i just sell) the products in question are toiletries. or would i also need public? any help appreciated.

Hi Fordie

Probably best to get some public & products liability (they come as 1). Any claim for "injury" caused by the product would be picked up by the manufacturer (unless you are having some form of intervention in the manufacture?), what about the stock you are carrying and sending - how is this insured?.
