As to the conjecture; I asked a question, I didn't claim that you had said what I asked, I asked if you agreed "that any opinion or conclusion is based on complete information"
Asking a question is not the same as quoting. It's not even the same as making up quotes because you are a liar. It's asking if you agree with something, which is infered from one of your statements:
